The gentleman on reception is always friendly and calm, putting you at ease. Its clean and sanitary, got sorted quicker than expected. Not had any issues yet

This doctors must be the worst in derby! They couldn’t care less about you or your well-being they only care about their pay check whatever your symptoms are they will tell you you’re fine and to stop being daft :) like you don’t know your own body...every one I’ve spoken to on the phone are very rude and don’t let you get your word across they talk over you like you’re nothing they simply don’t care what you have to say and don’t get me started on the receptionists all of them are so rude they make you feel punished for rin... read more
I haven’t spoken to one gp their that actually has empathy they really don’t give a toss
Rang 30 times, hung up each time, went down, rude receptionist, making dangerous medical decisions and would only talk through the intercom. Never any appointments. If there was somewhere else we'd go.
