Not at all happy with the vehicle nor customer service. Prior to visiting I spoke over the phone however chap never mentioned any issues with car despite asking him. However once we reached the garage, Naeem, stated that the vehicle was a rear damage repair. I tried to stop my elderly mum purchasing but she was keen to buy and did. we never got a logbook and it took 4 weeks to get DVLA V5C evidence seen later that the front of vehicle also was collision repair as wing and bonnet have been resprayed from a reddish maroon colo... read more
Friend purchased a car from this place. Car developed problems straight away so after getting little or no help from Mayfair spent over GBP2k to get it fixed after several breakdowns. From the well documented file I have seen detailing correspondence and calls it looks like Mayfair never took it seriously. I would spend the extra bit and purchase from more reputed dealer who might honour their obligations.
Purchased a car from them in March of 2023, car was not as described. paperwork was never sent away, work that was meant to have been performed prior to delivery was not. overall quite a disappointing experience. Not sure customer service is there priority.
