Well we’re do I start ? After visiting 15 furniture stores across the midlands we were very disappointed with every one, my mom who suffers with arthritis wanted a suite that was firm and high which none of the furniture stores we visited had ,the staff were rude and not helpful ….. Then we came across this treasure trove of suites what a find as soon as we walked into the show room we were greeted by Joan who was one of the most helpful people around .Joan was very understanding of moms requirements.Also very knowledgable o... read more
Recently bought 2 wardrobes from them was not like how I seen them in the store the lady rushed me to decide and give her a deposit they came to fit them the staff was unprofessional and asked for the money straight away before the built them there not the right ones but refuse to sort it I wanted more shelves like I seen in the shop and is now going to cost me more also the annoying lady in the shop said they would take the rubbish away and they have not! Would avoid and I am very disappointed 😞
