I feel really disappointed to be writing this review, as we have given Adam the opportunity over the last 9 days to rectify what we can only describe as a very disappointing clean, and terrible customer service following my complaints and a search for a resolution. Quick , polite , efficient and went above and beyond . Will ise agin and recommend something i dont do lightly
Love these guys! James and his crew were meticulous in cleaning our new home upon move in. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the team were polite, professional and kind. They made such a difference to the transition and we really cannot thank them enough.
Good communication and easy to meet the team on the day. Unfortunately the inventory company suggested the clean was not of a high standard. Mayer came back out and cleaned again but dirt still remained, with the tenant informing me they had to clean some areas that remained dirty. A more thorough job and acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused would have been appreciated.
