I bought a car from this dealer. Within the first week of buying the car it started causing me trouble with A/c, belt sound and then engine light started showing on the dashboard. I gave the car to check it. the dealer said it will take 2-3 days or upto 1 week or more than that. The dealer dint even provide me with a courtesy car. Worst dealer ever.
Bought a car from this dealer and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my log book for the vehicle. I spoke to the DVLA and was told that a new registration hadn't even been made to contact the dealer, which was very unhelpful to say the least, and the best excuse he can come up with is because the applications online may have been unsuccessful. Which is unbelievable and very unprofessional extremely frustrating in did.
Lovely customer service. Car was fabulous and neat.
Got a good Kia with excellent mileage.
