Mark Wilson has done it again! The steak and chicken for my sons graduation party was amazing! Thanks for all the help. You where right, the steak was as tender as a mother's love.
This is the best place to go to for meat in Traverse City! Or anywhere really!!! The best service around, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and honestly this is the only place I will ever go to for meat! Been coming here every summer and fall for the last 15 years! I’m a customer for life!!!

I will never be able to put into words how much I love this place! Everyone who works here is friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable! If I’m not sure what to make for dinner I always leave happy with a great new recipe or a new meat I haven’t tried. We get meat for dinner from here at least 3 days a week. Mark sure knows what he’s doing I wish I could give them a million stars! Don’t miss out on the most quality meat possible, check them out! Oh and they have WINE at great prices! Extra bonus!
So would you judge me if I said I dipped my Delmonico jerkey in the jerky dip. Oh my gosh. Awesome overload of amazing meat!!! I love a store where you walk in and other customers talk you into what you should buy. How can it get better. Love love love this place.

I called Maxbauers up today to see if they had any frozen two quart containers of soup. I was informed they had plenty on hand. I stopped into the store a couple hours later to pick up the soup. I was helped by a manager I believe when I arrived. He told me a little bit about the soups and gave me a free two quart frozen bag of homemade chicken noodle soup. I have always loved this store and will continue to make this one of my favorite stops in Traverse. Outstanding all around. Maxbauers is awesome.

Maxbauer’s was hopping this afternoon. It was like going to a great party with fabulous food and friends! Exceptional customer service.
Bought a brisket flat from them on Saturday March 3rd... Good Lord!! Great quality meat and couldn't be happier with how it turned out on my smoker!! Will be using them exclusively as my meat provider for when I smoke something for my family and friends!!
