I love the MaxBauer store. Today I went in for a salad from the fresh salad bar and the owner, Mark, saw that I was waiting in the check out line for about three minutes during lunch time. He motioned me over to another line and bought my salad for me. I insisted that I pay and he wouldn’t have it. Maxbauers catered my 50th birthday party and did an amazing job. The brisket and sauce was delicious, the sides were tasty, the rolls were soft. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, even helping us load up the boxes with ice for our trip to the campground. Bravo!
