Just ate the sriracha lime wings. We smoked them for two hours and then finished them on the grill. WOW!! My grill never knew what hit it!

We recently moved to the area and I had been looking for somewhere to buy quality meat. On the suggestion of my friend and neighbor, I went to Maxbauer's for the first time today. I was really impressed with the selection of meats, brats, wieners, steaks, jerky, etc! Love this place! I was driving a party bus and parked there after dropping off the customers next door to grab a snack. Unfortunately they were closed but I lucked out, the owner was still there and hooked me up with a delicious sandwich and the best jerky ever for me and my crew!
