At about 5 PM on the eve of Easter, expecting 9 people for dinner the next day, I realized the half ham I had in my possession was not what I wanted. Mark said to come right in and he would exchange it. Well, not only did he exchange it, but he gave me a whole ham, and it was awesome to say the least. But more, he went above an beyond ... when I offered to pay the difference, he said, "Happy Easter." Saved the day and then some. Thanks, Mark!
