The inspector Frederico was punctual. He explained exactly what he was going to inspect. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He was very thorough during his inspection. He explained his findings at the conclusion of his inspection. We also received a small gift bag as a parting gift. I will recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.
