During the inspection, the inspector made no note of any issues with the appliances in my home. He filled the washer and said it was in working order. Little did we know that stagnant water sat in the washer for a month until we closed on the home. The first day we were there, we attempted to use the washing machine. It was unable to complete a full cycle and displayed an error message.
