Warranty coverage is a fraud. Used them for two of my potential properties primarily for their warranty. Tech was nice and said everything was in order, with a few minor issues. I end up moving into the property and notice my washer spin cycle Isn't working. I called max which directed me to their warranty company. After speaking to them, they mention their warranty is only good for appliances less than 10 years old. Max has this no where within their website but does include it on their inspection report, to cover themselve... read more

When you get our bunde inspection, you get at no additional cost $25,000 in warranties, including a 5 year roof warranty, 90 day in appliances, termite and mold warranty, structural warranty, sewer pipes warranty and much more! Please note that the warranty we get for you is from a third company and they don't cover appliances older than 10 years. However, all the other appliances will be covered.
