Max Home Inspections needs to be investigated for there fraudulent practices. I had a termite inspection done for mortgage refinancing and it was a horrible experience, not to mention price gauging. The guy they sent is not trust worthy. Not to mention him trying to sell me on getting a mold test done. He submitted a report with pictures he got from my original home inspection when I purchased my home. I would also give this company a -50. I contracted them to do a several home inspections, on a condo I just purchase. The very first night after our move, we take a shower and there is a huge leake from the tub spout into the wall which damaged all of our flooring. This included the walking closet next to the master bathroom, the hallway, the bedroom and the livingroom. The shower was on for approximately 10 minutes before we noticed. If I could give Max Home Inspections a 0, I would. I had a property that I was purchasing inspected by Max and Max informed me that there was a complete roof replacement in 2008. Apparently the roof was never replaced and there was only a porch roof extension done in 2008. By the time I discovered this, the inspection period passed and it was the day before closing so I would have had to forfeit my deposit.
