Service was not very good. Seems like nobody knew what they were doing. Food took forever to get. My 3rd time at a Max and Erma's and I have never had a good experience. Won't be back.

Great service and friendly workers. Food is Awesome, especially the cookies, mini desserts, and cheeseburgers.
Sat at the bar on Thursday, 6/29. Colin did a fantastic keeping us fed and hydrated! The absolute best $5 burger!
Turkey burger was amazing as well as our shareable apps. Our waitress Ursula was very kind as well as professional. Our granddaughter loved talking with her and ... Hey its her Birthday today!! We don't know you very well however everytime we come in you are wonderful >>Thank you and Best wishes for a Happy and Healthy New year!!
What's to say more people give it 5 stars. Then there's the 12 that don't like any food you give them.
Always, every week mom and I have a great experience. Ursula is awesome and makes us feel at home.
Just waited over 45 minutes in a near empty restaurant for a salad with NO bacon. I get a salad with Bacon. Augh. Need to get it together.
