Love the waitstaff, friendly, helpful and attentive! Food was awesome, came very quickly and was cooked to our specifications...
Worst Max and Ermas ever and that’s saying something! Very slow service-45 minutes to get the wrong order of salads and burgers, then another 15 to bring the right order. Salad greens were brown as was avocado. Waitress appeared to be on drugs. Very disinterested manager. I’ve waited tables and tended bar. I know it’s not easy but this was terrible. I tipped $10.00 on a $70.00 bill and advised all to seek another line of work. Food service isn’t their thing.
me: orders a bacon cheeseburger, specifying i just want red onion and fries, which is repeated back to me by the girl taking my carry out order you people: literally give me everything i didn't ask for instead of onions and my entire side of fries???

I called at 7:20 and placed a carry out order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive at 7:45 and they have no record of my order and I show them my phone history to make sure I called the correct place. All they could say is maybe the person never put the order in, would you like to place another order. No apology, no discount, nothing. I already drove 15 minutes to get our food and now I have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the order I had to place when I got here. To me if someone was to show up to pic... read more
