Poor food quality! Was brought baked potato that was obviously hours old, when I told the server she brought me a new one that was obviously from the same batch. Then she said that one wasn't any better , they would have fresh ones in 7 minutes. Well my family was already done eating so it wasn't worth the wait. Would never go here again. If I want Max and Erma's I'll go to Sawmill Road. I will say that our server Nickie was a very good server. And her tip was not affected because I knew it wasn't her fault. Went there last night for dinner. Food was decent but the service was okay.
Great food everytime and Super great servers with management stopping by to see if we are happy. BESTEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES EVER
Great service and friendly workers. Food is Awesome, especially the cookies, mini desserts, and cheeseburgers.
Love this place!!! Great service and great food!!! Will recommend to everyone!
