Seated immediately. Waiter was on top of his service at all times. Friendly. Food was great!
We love their 3 course burger meal. We order the tortilla soup, the burger with pepper jack chees and their cookie. We have never been disappointed in the food and the service is always good. I highly recommend Max and Erma's to everyone.

we are there several times while in Columbus Oh., and the food was really good and the service was good. they make great omelets at their breakfast bar. will definitely be back when near another one.
Went there Saturday night it was not super corwded the host said the wait would be about 30 minutes so we had our names put on the list and told her we would be in the bar. After about 20 minutes I went to check the status of our wait and the host said she had called us already I replyed we hadn't heard anything we were in the bar just around the corner.
