Really going downhill with service and quality of food :(
Just very average... Sadly Service was about the same. What happened Max and Erma’s used to be so good???
Food was good, service mediocre but we were shorted our coin change and two people shorted $1. Guess making correct change is lost art.
Service was quick and efficient. Food was great and just as described in the menu. Would definitely return when in Huntington again. Prices were reasonable.
Worst Max and Ermas ever and that’s saying something! Very slow service-45 minutes to get the wrong order of salads and burgers, then another 15 to bring the right order. Salad greens were brown as was avocado. Waitress appeared to be on drugs. Very disinterested manager. I’ve waited tables and tended bar. I know it’s not easy but this was terrible. I tipped $10.00 on a $70.00 bill and advised all to seek another line of work. Food service isn’t their thing.
25 minute wait was actually over an hour. Horrible service. When food came out it was wrong. That was after over hour for food. People that were say after us got their food and was done before we got ours.I think the only reason we finally got ours was when I got up n tracked down manager. All he could say was ill go look into it.
Love the atmosphere and food! Will definitely be back!!
