They love their 31 sisters. They treated us well tonight
We had dinner at your place on Saturday July 22nd and was very please with our server. We had a group of 21 people and Eric I believe was his name took very good care of us. I would recommend your restaurant to anyone. The hostess called me twice to confirm our reservations which showed me you cared about our business . Thank you again and please let your management know how impressed we were with our server.
My wife and I went there for dinner. We were seated and 20 minutes later we had not been waited on or even asked what we wanted to drink. I went to the bar and asked the bartender if she could have someone to take our order. She took our order and waited on us. When we were sitting there for 20 minutes they were at least 4 employees walked by us and never said anything to us.
We went tonight to the mid rivers location. Seeing as we had 4 kids in our group of 9adults what a bonus to see "kids eat free". It states on the childrens menu includes a side and a drink. When we received all of our checks we were charged for the kids drinks. I asked the waitress why we were charged. She said because the menu was incorrect and they were to cheap to change it, then proceeded to say even the kitchen doesnt have ac because they are that cheap. Great service nice server evertime i needed something didn't take long i give it an solid A++++
Service was not very good. Seems like nobody knew what they were doing. Food took forever to get. My 3rd time at a Max and Erma's and I have never had a good experience. Won't be back.
