I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Max Burger. a co-worker and myself went for lunch and sat outside. After sitting there for 20 minutes, waiting for our server to come to our table, we left. a total disappointment. We ended up leaving and going down the street for lunch. they obviously have no concern for people on lunch breaks. We mentioned to the greeter on the way out, who didn't seem too concerned for the lost business.
Food was okay, onion rings were oily and they should train their employees not to give paper towels when they ask for extra napkins.

Food was great, noise level was intense and gave me a headache. Server was slow. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience. But could’ve been better.
Love this place, whether eating outside or hanging out at the bar. We always get some type of burgers, sweet potato fries, tater tots, spinach artichoke dip... always yummy! Can get really crowded, so get there early and expect to wait... it’s worth it!
