Good food, great service. Got my shrimp burger gluten free without a problem!
Best service and menu!
We had the bacon pops which were awesome. The burgers were very good and although they were busy we were tended to promptly. Will definitely go back again.

Max Burger experience in west hartford. I was referred to as Sir not once but twice ( breast cancer survivor) My husband had Clorox in his cup of water, clearly left over residual from the dish washer,( no apologies, she walks away and laughs) then we were blocked in the parking lot for half hour, only to have the to manager say she went to every table and asked if they parked behind us. Me: watching the family come out of max and I asked if anyone asked them to move their car, NO he says they actually told us to park behind... read more
Awesome wait staff, excellent food and the music was spot on. Overall welcoming atmosphere. So glad we landed at Max Burger “on a whim”. We will go back on purpose when in West Hartford again! — with Alexander Lamothe.
The food (a cup of chili and an order of fish and chips) took well over an hour from time of order to time it arrived at the table. The waiter never came back to the table to apologize/check on us. We were finally able to flag him down to ask about the food status and he just shrugged his shoulders and said the kitchen was backed up. When the food finally came, it was overcooked and tasteless.
