I love coming to Max's. The burgers are phenomenal. I highly recommend the candied bacon lollipops. I even form a monthly gathering with co workers that took took place at Max's and got everyone at work hooked on them too!
The young gentleman bartender was delightful. He was helpful in picking out things and information. He also was a delight to chat with. When I got my food (that he had very considerately worked with my request), I mentioned the fries could use some love, I was not expecting a single thing, but without being asked he went and grabbed me some fresh hot and crispy ones. Must stop if your in West Hartford! Came here with 16 of us from Minneapolis to surprise my brother for his 40th Birthday and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! Not to mention their food is amazing! Going to check out Max Oysters tomorrow.
