Always a great time with excellent food and service.
Ordered 3 burgers to go and even wrote down the orders and gave to the hostess - got home and saw all 3 burgers were not what we ordered. Fries cold and soggy too. Not worth a $15.00 burger. Heard great things about Max Burger, first time trying, will never go back!
Missing the bacon lollipops. Tried the BLT today... needs more bacon but was tasty. Fries were soggy too but normally they are yummy and crunchy. Wish restaurants would get with table side payments. QR menu is cool.

Staff and manager were rude and inconsiderate. My family and I will NEVER return. Besides, their burgers are way over priced and extremely over rated!
