I purchased a 2023 Nissan Kicks this past April . My initial contact was simply okay but it went simply just okay to an absolute unprofessional and actually more than violated all professional Sales Ethics adding six items to my purchase order that was NEVER REVIEWED WITH ME AT ALL. Deceitful ***************************** Liars That is what I experienced today trying to buy a car from this dealer.**** and Sales Manager **** tried their best to sell me a car at a price nowhere near their advertised price.I would be wary of doing business with this dealership.Hope this helps prospective buyers avoid a similar experience
We bought a used 2017 *** ****** in 2020. They offered us an extended warranty, which we were told was bumper to bumper. On June 19th, 2025, I took my car to Nationwide for a diagnostic, which determined the engine needed replacement at a cost of $5,200. I applied for a ****** loan, were approved for $1,860.66, and had to pay $649.34 down payment. Nationwide repeatedly claimed they couldn't see the down payment, despite ****** confirming it was received and they were awaiting Nationwide's down payment. This dealer will not honor the deals they give you! Was supposed to pick up a new premium platinum Rogue and they decided to up the price and payments saying it was more expensive but I had already made a deal for the top of the line. I could understand why this company is not in the better business bureau. This company in not transparent and respective to the customer.. The sales person was not transparent and the financial manager was not helpful at all. I wish their customer service would improve.
Update (2 Months Later):Just discovered something unacceptable despite being told my plate was properly transferred, it never was. When I tried to renew, I was told the plate was still pending and never officially registered.That means Ive been unknowingly driving an unregistered Jeep for months. I took my family, including my 2-year-old son, on multiple trips, unaware we were at risk of being pulled over or worse. Terrible dealership. Would leave negative 10 stars or less if I could. They are sketchy in so many ways. They lowballed me on an offer, tried to gaslight me into thinking the reason they hadnt called me was MY fault, and until they can prove otherwise Im 99.9% sure that ******* ******** is whats called a phantom expert.
