I recently purchased a 2005 **** 500 from this location. In less than 25 miles driven and only 20 days owed the alternator and the battery went out. I Believe that the vehicle was not fully inspected before it was sold to me. They did not disclose that the car cold fail and misrepresented the car's condition. Now on top of this they want $1500 for repairs before the car can be released back to me.

************ Found a car to purchase, got approved for the loan. Was asked to make a down payment, sent money and was told they would be getting all paperwork together, call me back to finalize. Didn't hear anything all day. Called back just be told car was sold right before I made a down payment and nobody told me! Was told the car was going to auction, then told someone came in the same day i paid down payment and bought it. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and should not be allowed!!! ***** the dealers in the des... read more

I would like him to call me directly. Id like to have the owners of this Nissan email to cc them if they care about their business. I believe theyd like to know how badly this went. This Nissan it will be known yet again the epic fails of this dealership from maintenance to car sales. Very disappointed even though you as managers tried to remedy all of ******... read more

Sold my handicap son a car and an extended warranty that we cannot use per warranty company because car has too many miles and we took the car to have it served 2 times for the same issue and they should have found the problem the 1st time but didn't! Now no one will call me back because nobody wants to take responsibility for what they have done and my handicap son can no longer attend classes because he doesn't have a car so he can get his degree and be successful. But instead Nissan of Meridian and the bogus warranty we w... read more

I wouldn't buy amy of the service agreement. We bought the pil chamge package suppose to be good for 5 years. I only had the car for 3 years, when I went to get my oil change they told me I have used up all my oil changes and I asked how it was suppose to be for 5 years. They told me it was for 5 years is what they tell you but in reality its only 50k miles.

Two weeks ago I went online to get an estimate of the value of my truck. I received several phone calls and emails from dealerships, particularly **** from **** **** Nissan in **** and ***** at **** **** ********* in **********. Several texts were exchanged, and I was assured they were very interested in my truck, even if I just wanted to sell and not trade. Before going, I got an estimate from a closer dealership. I immediately texted **** to see if they could do better. She very emphatically assured me they could. I moved m... read more

Reed Nissan ******* should receive a score of ZERO. Stay far and far away from this dealership. My whole family have buy several cars from them throughout these last 11 to 12 yearsmeaning we are loyal and good paying customers. The service provided by the ****************** is extremely bad. They refused to give a servicenew car 2024 with 5380 miles with bumper to bumper extended warranty BECAUSE I gave a badreview to the dealership.Meaning they used RETALIATION and DISCRIMINATION against a lady who was asking to fix a part o... read more

On June 3rd, I went to Maus Nissan for an oil change. My appointment was for 8am. AT 1 PM I was finally able to leave and was then provided reports stating I needed rotors, brake pads, new tires, and alignment and control arms totaling around $4500. As I was going out of town, the car sat as I believed it was not driveable for almost 3 weeks. I took the car recently for a 2nd opinion. New inspection shows tires and rotors are fine. No changes needed. Brake pads and alignment are all that is needed. So I got to sit there for ... read more
