I have purchased a brand new vehicle that came with defects when I drove off the lot from the dealer. These defects weren't minor; the suspension had loose bolts where they could have come off at any time. The dealer-installed aftermarket lift on my vehicle. I went to Maus Nissan in NPR, FL to look at a 2019 Nissan Kicks very recently. After test driving the car, I decided to make the purchase that I saw on the window was $22,685. At that time, we couldn't make a deal. The next day, a manager called me to go back to the dealership to see if we can work things out. On Monday January 27th, what was supposed to be a routine oil change appointment was anything but just that. For months I have been contacted by salesmen interested in buying back my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I have received mail about it as well and even received a call about buy back options just 10 min before my 9am appointment.
