Southern 441 Nissan sold my wife, and I retired seniors on fixed incomes a Certified SUV that leaked like a sieve from the moonroof and AC vents after the first rainfall. The 6 month, 6,000-mile warranty was worthless. This was the week after I bought it. They blew me off and I had to pay $1,500 to have the sunroof repaired somewhere else.. That vehicle should never have been certified, and they should have fixed it or reimbursed me. I'll buy roller skates before I go near this place ever again. BEWARE!!!!!!

Took my 2022 Rogue AWD to McDonough Nissan for an oil change, tire rotation and a diagnosis of why the windshield washer does not work. They never told me the price of the diagnostic, which ended up being $160.00. They never told me there are 2 recalls on the Rogue. All they wanted was for me to spend $550.00 on a $55.00 part to get washer working. Once I contacted Nissan the dealership(Service Lane manager) told Nissan the hose was clogged by foreign matter. Courtesy Nissan of Tampa let me leave the premises with a financed vehicle without showing proof of full coverage insurance. I was involved in a hit an run accident and since full coverage was not on my insurance I am forced to pay for the damages out of pocket. I will be reporting this dealership and taking legal actions as well! Horrible customer service. Made an appointment, Dropped off my vehicle in the morning. They said 4 hrs max to diagnose my check engine light. I called after 4 hrs and was told it was inside being evaluated. I came back to the dealership at the end of the day and my vehicle was where I left it, and was never looked at.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!I wish i could give them NO stars.Back on June 22nd I bought a 2017 ***** Silverado from McDonough Nissan that I found on their website. I asked if the truck had been gone through and was assured that ALL their used vehicles were thoroughly inspected prior to listing them for sale.When i test drove the truck the check engine was on and they told me they would fix that if I bought the truck. March 28, 2025. I did not realize my son ended up paying $11,000 plus, until today. for a car he had to buy when the car he purchased in January of 2024 had so many problems had to wait over 2 weeks after purchasing to receive the car. There was every excuse, part coming tomorrow, no part, found another problem., etc.Three months later, April 2024, car light went on, took to Tires plus to see whats wrong.
