All they do is lie, cheat and steal. And I can say that because it was first hand by maus Nissan. They took a vantage of me. I went in for a repair and was told that for 295 dollars I could get it done and the man wrote down 295/ in very illegible handwriting. He said that when the car was ready and it was time for payment to come back.I came to pick up my car. I got charged $2951 and was very confused. I asked a sales manager why I was being charged 10x the price we agreed on. He said that he would check the security cameras and I said I was sure that I was told $295, I even repeated it. Although their sales team is above average, their service department needs some realigning. I made an appointment and was told by the service advisor that walk-ins are treated equally as individuals that schedule an appointment, thus making an appointment does not prioritize said person compared to a walk-in. This is unacceptable. The question I propose is, why even make an appointment??? Bad business in my solid opinion.

I had called a scheduled an oil change with Mary in service dept. I specifically said not to rotate the tires. It was all over the phone which I believe is a recorded line. As I got there I repeated no tire rotation again. I then proceeded to go in and wait . I recently went in for an oil change because they give you free oil changes and free tire rotations when you buy a car there which I did buy a car there about a year and a half ago. Made a 1:00p appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I'm still waiting and it is 2:10p. What was the point of the appointment? Sal asked me verbatim, "would you like oil treatment and fuel system treatment for $18.95?" Only to find out (finally after they've finished) I have to pay $43.87 because he failed to tell me that its $18.95 EACH. Maus care is not worth it. Next oil change and tire rotation I'll take to my dad....

Went in for an oil change and the tech wrecked my vehicle causing damage on drivers side of vehicle. They tried to hide the damage and say nothing about it. I noticed the damage as it is quite obvious and after they compared before and after photos they accepted responsibility but here I am a week later and the only offer from them is to drop off vehicle for 1-2 weeks and supply a credit card for a rental with dealership policy restrictions on loaner vehicle. STAY AWAY!! I didn't even want to give the service department 1 star. We were given a quote for work over the phone. There was a misinterpretation the way the service man stated the numbers. No quote was received in writing. They were supposed to call us when the part came in to give estimated time it would take to complete the job. They never did so, called back the day the part was supposed to arrive and said car was done they spent 25 hours working on the vehicle and handed us a bill for over $7k majority being labor.
