I’ve often heard horror stories where management agents are completely unresponsive and unapproachable. Maunder Taylor have been managing my block for over 15 years and I can safely say they do not have a problem with communication. They always address your concerns and more recently, I needed some urgent information from them relating to my property, they responded immediately and efficiently, I was very grateful for that.
Avoid this "family firm" like a plague! Unfortunately, experiences of some reviewers and on trustpilot matches my experience.. Even the FCA has several complaints about them. No doubt I will be contacting the regulators so more people don't get conned! I urge anyone with genuinely bad experience with them to report them to the FCA. Had a problem logging into the Property Portal, however Marion Kinsey successfully organised the IT department to reset my password. this took some time but Marion was excellent in following up to make sure I was able to log in. She was very professional, persistent, patient and delivered good customer service in resolving my query. Thank you.
Do not use this company to manage your apartment blocks. They over charge and force you to pay the bills with no justification
