I was informed the part needed for my car would arrive within 4 days. On the fourth day, that garage never contacted me and once I called them, I was informed the part did not arrive and the car would not be drivable until the part is delivered. They never reached out and just planned to keep the vehicle longer than what was promised. Very unprofessional garage and a “sorry” only goes so far, much better off taking any vehicle to cooper’s across the street.

Fitted me in when MOT was needed , they phoned to explain work that needed to be done, estimated cost , parts ordered and fixed at less that the quote .. ( as it didn’t take as long , so didn’t charge for labour any longer than it took them ) brilliant service from a local company , all within a few hours

Changed a light very rapidly and when I went back as a bad pothole encounter had jolted it too much, the specialist refitted it without quibble. Great and intelligent customer service!

I brought my car in for them to fix something they had broken, perform an MOT, and change the oil. Four months later, I discovered they never completed the MOT. As a result, my co worker, who was driving the car, was fined. When she called to inquire about the issue, a woman named Cassie hung up on her.
