Last year we purchased a mattress at this company. Unfortunately, our memory foam mattress proved to be defective within nine months. The folks at Mattress Gallery Direct, seriously went out of their way to make it right. We had an amazing customer service experience and we LOVE our new mattress. We needed a new mattress set but were not sure what we wanted or where to start....We went to Mattress Gallery Direct and were greeted immediately by a smiling Tim Duncan. He asked us what we were looking for and walked us through the process. Tim was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He spent a great amount of time with us to ensure we were happy and we were certain about our decision. Quick delivery! We bought our mattress today and will sleep on it tonight!! Great service!
