If you need a mattress this is the place to go!!! Tim Duncan was very knowledgeable and makes sure you are getting the right mattress for you!! They have the best prices anywhere and they will remove your old mattress (full or twin) and donate it to Nashville Rescue Mission.
We were pleasantly surprised with the selection here! The service was fantastic and we got a GREAT deal on a Jamison latex mattress. We bought our mattress on Saturday and they scheduled delivery 2 days later, which was much faster than I'd anticipated! Plus, they deliver for free and pick up your old mattress and donate it to local churches. We loved everything about our experience at Mattress Gallery Direct. I'll be recommending this place for sure!
Bad experience at the Murfreesboro location. Rude Management. We will say this. The owner, Will Duncan, made a horrible experience better with a simple phone call. Although we purchased elsewhere, we do appreciate the customer service. This will bring us back to MGD in the future at another location. Thanks William!
Tim made finding the least expensive but most comfortable mattress for my 3-year-old a breeze. I️ was in and out in 15 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the deal he gave me. Will be recommending them to friends and family!
I have to say I was beyond happy with my mattress buying experience! I called several mattress stores and they were the only one that offered true same day delivery. I spent a while testing out all the mattresses in the store...trust me you should definitely do this! I found their staff (Aaron) to be VERY knowledgeable and I definitely feel confident in my decision! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a mattress!!
