RecommendedWe were so grateful to find Mattress Gallery Direct! We moved to Nashville this fall and had arranged to have a mattress delivered from an online retailer. They lost our order and ended up sleeping on the floor. It was a horrible experience. The next morning we woke up and called around. Austin the manager told us to come in and he would take care of us. And he did! Same day delivery, super reasonable prices. The mattress is SO COMFORTABLE! So grateful we found them. Forget the online retailers and just come here first !
Cliff was VERY helpful and patient with us. He showed us many options, explained them to us, and let us casually go back and forth to the beds to let us come to a decision on our own. It was a pleasant experience, no high pressure sales or anything like that. This was our first stop on mattress shopping and we were so pleased with our experience we made our purchase on the spot. My daughter said if she could give Cliff 6 stars, she would!

We purchased our adjustable beds from MGD and absolutely love them. Rick is the greatest. He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes sure you get what you need and want for your sleep needs.
Great people! I love my mattresses. My family purchased 5 and we have no complaints! Despite any negative feedback, I would say 4.9 out of 5 stars speaks for itself!
I will never go back to this store! They don’t do what they say and Trey needs to take a class on how to treat customers!! You never call a customer “you people”!!

Bought a mattress yesterday and had to stop in to tell Tim how well we slept. He was amazing. Passionate about customer service. He spent lots of time with us yesterday to find just the perfect mattress. We were down to two and he encouraged us to take the cheaper one and return it within 30 days should we decide we would have rather had the other.
