I called and inquired about a trade and a vehicle and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and short I wanted to bring my business there but I definitely won’t be going there now. I’m definitely wouldn’t have her taking my calls or answering my phone definitely not friendly service.

They worked the numbers to get the terms we wanted on our lease. Our salesperson, Ivy, was great. We enjoyed meeting her and working with her to get the deal done.
I have leased two cars and was looking forward to my third. I was unable to start my car —dead battery in key fab:/ I was stranded at night in frigid weather:( Had to have towed to service. I received the most rude, insulting and surly treatment!! I cannot recommend anyone to experience this type of uncivil and bad mannered service. Buyers beware!!! I have tried repeatedly to contact the manager, still trying:/

RecommendedI have to be honest I never in a million years thought I would buy a car from Fuccillo. Over the years I had heard nothing but bad. I went there yesterday with low expectations and left very pleased! I was very impressed. Everyone was very nice and my sales guy Zak and the Sales Manager Ed did a great job. They worked hard to get me what I wanted for my trade and get my payments where they needed to be. Thank you both for making this a good experience.
Went to buy a specific car..test drove and started the financing. It was late in the evening and was told I would get a call the following day with finance info. Was approved and made an appointment to come back the following day to complete the process. Came back to find out that “accidentally” sold the car to someone else. In the words of Billy; HUGE waste of my time. HUGE!
