A tip of the hat to Mandel Robinson, who handled my recent lease of a Nissan SV. This is my second lease with Fuccillo. Mandel handled everything wonderfully, and took the time to answer my questions and explain anything I needed about the car. Very friendly, personalized service; thanks to Mandel and to Fuccillo Nissan for making the lease process easier!
This is the second time we have leased a car from Fucillo Nissan, Salesman San Ryder helped us both times and is he is excellent. I had to bring my 15 month old with me and everyone at the dealership was wonderful with her, they had a playroom while we waited for paperwork and for the new car to be ready and the sales team helped us get everything done as quickly as possible, so she didn’t have to be there all day. Had a very good experience at Fuccillo with Richard Hope yesterday. We ended up with a new Rogue. This is my 3rd vehicle from Fuccillo Nissan. Rich was great, showing us the Rouge and the Murano and telling us the differences which helped us decide which one we wanted. Once we decided, Rich explained how to use and work everything. Rich was great to work with, no pressure, no rushing. Will definitely ask for him next time.
My experience with sales and repairs department has always been a good one. I'm very pleased with the service I get . Kudos to all the workers who take care of the customers they are the HUGHE ones
