Bought a car from them last October. My husband went for his free oil change and to get his inspection done. THEY FAILED HIM! Said he needed $400 of rotor work done! Hmmmmm.... we bought the car from them with 3500 miles on it (practically new) and the car is primarily driven on the highway! We have bought several cars from them over the last 20 years. KIA JUST LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER. HUUUUUUGGGGE MISTAKE!!
They need to fulfill their end of the agreement. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.

I was two day pass my 3 month oil change and was told it will no longer be covered. Really two day pass now I'm losing out on 3 oil changes.

Nothing against Fuccillo, more against Nissan. bought a 2009 Frontier from them with 46,000 miles on it. (previous car was a 2006 Subaru with 46,000 miles, and I paid for the extended warranty) seeing as how I wasted money on the Subaru's extended warranty, I opted to not buy a warranty on the truck, and the factory warranty was expired. Well, 3 months later the truck needed a new rear end... $3500. Every heat shield clamp rotted off... no big deal. The leaf spring snapped.
