The worst car dealer I've ever done business with. They are harassing me and refuse to give me my personal belongings out of a car. They removed my engine without my consent and refuse to put it back in. Lawyers and police have been notified.
I could not be more satisfied with Mandel & the entire crew at Fuccillo's. Mandel took to time to get us in the perfect Rogue to meet our needs & budget. After dealing with Mandel will not even bother to look any place else when we need another car.
I just purchased a Rogue SV. Alan Huang was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. At 76, this is the first time I have done this alone and he guided me through the whole process. He and his manager worked with me to get the one I wanted and could afford. Alan went over everything in detail and even hooked up my phone. My late husband and I have purchased two other (Sante Fe) from Fuccillo and have been very happy.
I always take my vehicle to Fuccillo Nissan for maintenance. The service is always excellent and the vehicle is completed on time.
I worked with Corey, and he was super helpful and friendly, he also got me a great deal. I had a great experience here! 10/10 recommend shopping with Nissan of Liverpool.
I want to thank William Holleran for a great experience . He was very informative about the Nissan Rogue that we were interested in. From the day we went in and leased to the day we picked up the vehicle Will made us feel like family. Love the vehicle and I am still learning about all of the extras. Thank you for the great service .
My latest service trip to Fuccillo Nissan was like every other trip I've made to them....wonderful! I was kept informed, I never had to wait long for the service being performed and every employee I interacted with was friendly and courteous. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.
Paid $10,000 more than my car is worth, no one will refinance to lower the payments and interest I feel like I'm paying for the same mistake twice. the lesson here trust no one especially a car dealer
