Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Had service done with a recall, oil change, tires rotated and state inspection. Matthew Taylor-Netxband was polite , courteous and kept me uptodate on progress (less than 2 hrs). This is my third lease with Fuccillo Nisson and I have been satisfied except for the last sales person Dec 2019 who didnt do the follow up needed. Never have had any problems with service, scheduling and actual work.

The service department did an awesome job when I took my car in recently for inspection and oil change. Very detailed and told me I had a free tire rotation and explained it would take an hour and a half. My car was ready in less time and they were extremely professional. I feel it had to do with the service manager who did the position justice. Knows how to handle customers in a wonderful way. This was not always the case when I took my car in on prior visits. So this was a breathe of fresh air!!! Deb

The service point of contact was very good (Gina) keeping me informed of the status of the work and the cost. The thing l like most is when the Tech goes under my truck and points out the recommendations and what work does not need to be done at this time.
