A horrible experience. It took six years for them to complete a simple negligent case. I should really file a negligent case on them as they just brushed my case under the carpet and completely forgot about me for years. I now understand why its always good to pay good money and never go on a cheapo. During the six years I had gone through 4/5 different case officers, they all quit because the firm is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to this firm. Not even one star for this firm. But I had to put a star down to get the post to work ! First enquiry I made was last June. A really sensitive issue as cases of professional negligence are. A big call for the layman to make in the first place. Then eventually I received a request for further information last September. I replied with the information in October after the harvest.
