Just adding one-star because without it I can't make this post. The level of unprofessionalism was even below the ground. It was "sub-subpar". It was abysmal. Please, find another agent like I did. It was so bad that at a point, I thought I had encountered scammers. The way the agent I was dealing with was intentional about not picking my calls or replying my texts... you'd think I did something offensive. The lack of communication was annoying. Excellent service. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly whenever needed. The move-out process was smooth and straightforward, with a fair inspection and no unreasonable deductions from the deposit. Highly recommended.
Great service from Matthew James Property Services. Would use again and recommend! Susie in particular was amazing, great communication and was evident Susie wanted the sale to progress as quickly as possible which is all you can ask for from your agent being the ‘middle man’ of the sale. Look forward to dealing with this agent again for future purchases/lettings!

Great experience with Matthew James Property Services. Particularly with Susie, who kept us updated and chased the vendors as and when needed. We would definitely use them again for future purchases!
