Matthew Stacy was the seller's agent in my recent purchase. Matthew's client is quite dis-organised (e.g. misplacing the keys for the flat on sale), but Matthew dealt with this with a sense of humor, eventually recovering the keys. During the transaction stage, for a while, my solicitor was acting quite slowly. I was able to get hold of lender's inquiries, and saw that one of the items was an electricity certificate.
