Dr. Feng was organized, efficient and thorough. I trust his care. It is obvious he is a very skilled physician.
Dr Feng was extremely thorough and polite. He was excellent at explaining my condition to me and my options for treatment. He came highly recommended and I was not disappointed
Friendly and easy to talk to
He is very good at his job and making sure your clear on what is happening and making sure that you have the information before he gets started he and his team work really well at making sure you're comfortable.
We had to wait 1 hour and 20 min from our appointment time.However, Dr. Feng was very efficient and understandable.
Dr Feng gives a patient in depth discussion of medical issues. He wants very much for a patient to understand circumstances and options. He does not rush. He and the staff methodically express themselves and conduct a visit with courtesy and professionalism. .
They are not used to dealing with busy professionals and people who are informed and dont want to be told what to do and not ask questions. I didnt feel he listened to the patient. He blackballed me from their practice for canceling a few appointments with plenty of notice-I am an attorney and have a busy schedule but the staff explained to me in a condescending manner that doctors have busy schedules!!
