Dr. Feng was concise and his explanations were easy to understand. Staff was courteous and professional.

Nice competent people across the board who seem to care about me. And Dr Feng leads the way.
It was a very stressful drive down. We encountered lots of road work and traffic. Made a wrong turn causing more time loss. When we arrived I was already stressed out. Reception was very nice and the wait wasn't terrible. All the personal giving the preliminary test were also very pleasant. The first Doctor was pleasant but acted more like a machine. Doctor Feng is an excellent Eye Doctor. He takes the time to explain everything so that you understand it.
I am very impressed with the staff and Dr. Feng. He is very informative and answers all of our questions. Very professional and shows concern for the patient. The only drawback is the scheduling. This is not Dr. Fengs fault by any means. I did call management and voice my concerns. Every visit is a minimum of 2 hours. It seems to be getting worse. This time frame is totally unacceptable. All check in staff were great ,dr.feng was wonderful very helpful answering my questions and very nice person he explained to me my dx and ordered dtts and medicine to help cure my issue and will return to see him for follow up .
Dr. Feng is not only knowledgeable but really nice, as are the people who work with him.
