I was beyond pleased with Dr. Feng. To be listened to and treated with respect as a patient is a rare occurrence these days. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was also immensely kind and comforting. He took his time with me making sure I understood all of my options and his recommendations. This was a truly wonderful experience.
I thought Dr. Feng did a great job at explaining my condition and giving me a plan to move forward. The only negative was a very crowded waiting room with long waiting times.
The entire visit was run like a well-oiled machine. Testing was detailed and thorough and there was no waiting in between. Dr. Feng discussed every question and totally understood my health history. The professionalism of everyone I saw increased my confidence on the procedure.
