Matthew Charles were the only company out of 4 quotes who gave a realistic quotation and were frank about what was achievable, working with a building surveyor for an economic solution. They used really good trades on the work and we are very pleased with the results. Mat and his team are very professional and had great integrity regarding the work.
We used Matthew Charles services to install two low pitch velux windows and a new roof on our extension. An excellent job has been done and we are very pleased with the results. Matt and Steven were great to deal with, professional, polite and very tidy. I would certainly use them again for any other roof work and would highly recommend.
Matt and his team did a great job installing a velux window in a bathroom, with the additions of external roller blind and internal blind, all solar powered to operate. At last! A company that delivers what they promise at a realistic price! We have had numerous patch it/bodge jobs on our kitchen roof over the last 10 years resulting in a succession of leaks. Now at last someone (Matthew) who knows what he’s talking about and lives up to his promises.
