Went in and made it clear I was just looking. Salesman took my car keys and had it appraised for a trade in. Then tried negotiating with me on a new car. Hands down, best service I've ever gotten from a car dealership. Mr. Rickey took my call, just as I was going over the Twinspan and my transmission was acting up. I let him know my concerns, as I knew there was a recall on my vehicle's transmission that was under warrantee until 120,000 miles.
