The pre-owned department of this dealership is one of the shadiest I have ever encountered. I ask for two things when shopping for a vehicle; to be treated with honesty and respect, neither of which happened. There was a price posted on the internet for an SUV that I was interested in. When it came time to negotiate, this was the first time I ever had a salesman go up on the price instead of down. He attempted to add $1250 for maintenance that was supposedly performed. I have been calling to speak with management, left a voicemail and everything no call at all.. I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 from them and it has given me problems since the day I drove off the lot! I would not recommend solely because once you sign that paperwork they don’t want nothing to do with you! It’s very unprofessional I’m unpleased with my experience! I purchase a 2017 Maxima in June 2018. My sales person was a new sales man Deoanta, however very nice and helpful. I came prepare meaning already was pre-approve thru Capital One, I’m thinking I would be in and out.NO..No... No. My car was not wash still had the previous owner things inside.
