I called the day before my husband and I went to look at a used vehicle we were interested in, as we live quite a distance away. Had an appt to go in the next day and see the vehicle. Drove there and was met with complete unprofessionalism. Gave me the run around no phone call and they lost my original registration to my Jeep, to say I brought my Jeep from them and wanted to trade after having it for a little while was a no go.. Very very very unprofessional. Please don’t waste your money or 3 hours plus time like they do, they garbage
I didn’t even end up purchasing a vehicle here, but the staff, from sales manager, salesmen to finance person were all so great I feel compelled to leave a review. When I opted to keep my current vehicle, after they spent all day working with me, they were incredibly gracious and didn’t hound me for the sale. I’m a firm believer in referrals when deserved and I definitely recommend these guys if you’re in the market. Great customer service!

Bought certified preowned vehicle on 11/06/2018 only to find out that the car has been glued back together also was told it had a clear carfax when it has clearly been wrecked so beware. Filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney Generals office and now having to retain a attorney to get it taken care of. Horrible customer service trying to resolve this matter.

Dropped my car off this morning came to pick it up this afternoon, I had a coupon that they advertised online wasn’t applied to my bill so cashier went to get it fixed. I’ve now been waiting over 15 minutes for someone to correct my bill!! Worst customer service ever!!
