Most excellent crew. They care..
The manager who called me back was extremely rude and aggressive. He more or less talked down to me and instead of listening to what I wanted....tried to steer me to a certified press owned vehicle. I do not feel that a male customer would have been treated/handled this way. I was left with a very bad outlook and increased anxiety about purchasing a car.
Bought the vehicle. Great experience
Spoke with a salesman morning of /22. He declined my offer to pay listed price less transport and 3rd party inspection fee (basically $550 off). My offer was if the vehicle passed the inspection, they would cover the cost and transportation. If we saw something we couldn't live with in the inspection, we would pay for the inspection and move on. They would be out nothing. John Godfrey was nice to work with. I found what I wanted at another dealer, but he was willing to seek the right car for me. Check him out if you're in the area.
RecommendedTraveled from Ontario Canada to Mobile then on to New Orleans, Eric at the Mobile Nissan was a huge help as our AC blower motor went in our Murano, he was not able to get us in but recommended Matt Bowers in New Orleans. The crew at Matt Bowers were awesome had the Motor changed and we were on our way in one hour. It will make the rest of our trip bearable. Thanks Guys

I was told that I was getting a warranty with my vehicle by my salesperson. I was told that I was getting a warranty by the person who signs all the paper work. Less than 40K miles later when I call about a warranty issue, I was told I do not have a warranty with my vehicle. Be careful what you are told when you purchase a vehicle from there.
