I went to Matt Bowers Nissan today for the first time and received superb customer service!!! Service Advisor RICKEY BOLTON, JR. greeted me very professionally, and listened thoroughly as I explained to him the problem I was having with my fairly new car. He made me feel like my situation mattered and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Went here on a Thursday to trade our Sentra for a Rouge...were told our credit was good enough for an Altima...got into the Altima by Mr. Reggie Bates, yet Mr. Bates had to leave, and Mr. Lee finished what he started...well not exactly...Mr. Lee told us to put insurance on the Altima and let us sign a BLANK CONTRACT...told us to come back Saturday to finish the paperwork...never get a call so we call...Mr. Lee says he needs 3500 down now...so we bring the car back..Mr Bates s...Continue Reading

Danny and Service Manager, Darryl Terrell, showed the epitome of excellence in Customer Service on August 24 and August 25th 2018. When the extensive services for my Nissan Maxima required extra, extra time with ordered parts glitch, I was provided with short-term rental so I could go home and take care of important business and my indoor pet. Yesterday I was so annoyed when the service guy said I needed front brakes and how much that was going to cost. Today, I am so thankful I paid for new brakes. A chimney sweep service truck hit a tire laying in the center lane of the interstate a mile or so before the 610 exit. We were in the left lane and were starting to pass him. His driver side front tire blew and he started to lose control coming into our lane. I served onto the left shoulder as far I could while slamming on the brakes. This is by far the worst place to get a vehicle. They're get overs, fast talkers and they don't return phone calls after you purchase a vehicle. I recommend you run far away from this place unless you wanna get taken.
