Hands down, best service I've ever gotten from a car dealership. Mr. Rickey took my call, just as I was going over the Twinspan and my transmission was acting up. I let him know my concerns, as I knew there was a recall on my vehicle's transmission that was under warrantee until 120,000 miles. My car was knocking on the door at 119,456 miles, and Mr. Rickey took my car in for the weekend to check it out.
