I went to ray brant to buy a maximum. After sitting for several hours they couldn't get it done. Mrs. Wyvette referred me to go see Mr. bates at Matt Bowers nissian and believe it or not I was in and out within 1hr 20mins. And the got the 2017 maximum with no problem. This place is awesome! Mr Reggie Bates went above and beyond to make sure my transaction went smooth! I traded my 2014 mustang in on a 2017 Altima SR midnight addition! He made every minute there worth while. I'd recommend anyone to go there and see Mr Reggie, you won't be disappointed �
Worst service ever. Wanted to buy a vehicle I called about. Told them I want to buy it. Got referred to manager and waited for call. Six hours later I call and find out car was sold in interim. Ready to buy, had the money, put on hold. Apparently you have to be there in person to be addressed.
Mr. Bates and Ms. Lori was great. They were very professional and optimistic about getting me into the car that I selected. I recommend them very highly to anyone that is in the market for a car. Kepp the good work up Matt Bowers Nissan.
